Sincere apologies for my late answer, however the Frumentarii had to discuss the outcome of out Sequence 1 initiative. Without going into details, I have to say it looks as if it is possible to forge a larger alliance against our common foe.

The Frumentarii would like to thank you for the permission to set up a headquarters on Hades. The Carrier is perfect, as it is highly mobile, well-hidden and still close to the theatre of operations. We are in the process off informing the allies about the possibility to send representatives to Hades, and parallel we are setting up a logistical mission to secretly transport the necessary material and personnel to Hades.

The Blood Dragons reported back to us, and I assume they will be willing to send representatives to the headquarters. We understand if you want to make the arrangements for transportation to the secret carrier location directly, but I offer to act as an intermediary to the Dragons in case you do not insist on handling it directly. If you want to, please contact Ambassador Lady Hisano on the encrypted frequency attached.
