Recruit Harvey Brown succesfully completed his training and is hereby promoted to the rank of Ensign. Ensign Nicole Prower, in recognition of her outstanding work she is hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Lieutenant Commander Alissa Murray, the High Command has noticed that she preformed duties way beyond the duties of a normal Lieutenant Commander therefore in recognition of this we hereby promote her to the rank of Commander. Captain Jonathan Kalh, also managed to surpass the duties of a Captain and demonstrated excellent leadership potential, therefore he is hereby promoted to the rank of Commodore.
