Update of contraband and restricted cargo lists:

- Black Market Arms of any sort and Xeno Relics added to contraband list.
- Kemwer Munitions moved from "Cargo prohibited until further notice" category to contraband list.
- People with specific series of ID cards marked by warning icon removed from "Cargo prohibited until further notice" category.
- Azurite Gas and DT Fuel added to restricted cargo list (Kruger and its affiliates have exception for the DT Fuel).
