Especially Auxesia. I remember when we wanted to trade that one Nomad Prototype and when guess who, asked to come and steal it. Just out of nowhere. You talk about "RP logic" but you don't think do your acts have some "logic"? Like, how you inRP knew of that? Asking OOC-ly doesen't justifies your acts though.



Nobody asked me really if I wanted that to happen. But they asked Foxglove. (against whom, I don't have anything bad to think regarding that)

We didn't ask. We were offered to interrupt a deal that was taking place in a system we used to base from. I'm pretty sure I clarified that for you already.

To reiterate the point of the original question however, it would be extremely unlikely for you to successfully conduct an operation on Wichita without us or the Legion catching wind, more-so the former as we've got an outpost planetside. Frankly, I don't have a problem with what you choose to do, but it will raise questions and those questions need to be asked at one point or another.

I'm not going to compare it to someone attempting to infiltrate Alaska or land on Schatten undetected, because it isn't the same thing or remotely close, but there is still that element of people - hostile people - operating in that area, that while you've been interrogating traffic for (which is pretty smart to do, by the way) won't yield a lot of answers, especially not for instance the location of our outpost there.

Now I'm acutely aware that this isn't what you're after, but what my concern and @"Auzari"'s concern is - would you/will you actively take into consideration the significant presence of people the Commune is effectively at war with being in the area? Additionally, how to you expect to successfully approach a location that's heavily monitored for traffic due to the faction operating the outpost (us) being extremely paranoid about the last time they were operating there? (Read the lore for reference of 'last time')

I dont want tl be too involved in feedback threads but you and Auzuri are both speaking ss if Auxesia had a NPC faction in the system and there is more of you inrp than there actually is which could also be seen as powergamey. Having claims without anything to back your claims up is weak but thank you for the feedback.

Discrediting the RP of an official faction because it doesn't have an NPC faction that it represents is a strawman argument afaik. The RP was done with other official factions, including a shared lab with the IRG.

Be that as it may, there's still the Xenos and HF in the system.

EDIT: And technically speaking by your logic, any faction that doesn't have an NPC faction representing it wouldn't matter.

So by that standard, the HF wouldn't have mattered when they were Lane Hackers, because they RP'd as a separate entity and not as actual Lane Hackers.

The IRG's RP wouldn't matter, because 99% of the Zoners are not IRG, and most Zoners aren't even part of the same group.

The Commune considers themselves to be a separate entity from the Outcasts. By that logic, since there's no Commune NPCs, they'd have no RP to back up their positions either. You're essentially saying that RP by factions not represented by NPCs is invalid. Would that technically mean that the CR's roleplay before they became NPCs was invalid, too? What about the Reapers of Sirius?

It appears you are twisting my words to see what is most fitting for you to understand, I am not saying anything is invalid at all. What I am saying is that the way yourself and Auzuri wrote it, it would be the way for Auxesia to have "NPC Patrols" flying around the system which everyone knows inRP Auxesia are only a small -battlegroup- they don't have there own installation, they are still using there own but they do also have a few warships, Two osiris, one overlord and a battlecruiser if I am not mistaken (something along these lines) but these ships are all over sirius. So again inRP Auxesia is only a small group as well so they might have an installation on this planet but would being such a small faction in numbers help with your arguement considering Commune is small with less than 15 pilots inRP if I am not mistaken. I am not here to speak on a feedback thread, I have things to do.

Why are you bringing up factions such as LH, CR and RoS in a faction feedback thread of Commune? Why are you changing the topic dramatically. Please keep it on topic. Thank you.

You could not possibly be any more wrong than you currently are. We're not a Battlegroup, and haven't been one for nearly a year now. We never had two Osiris' (just one), or an Overlord (it was a Monument), we do have a Bullhead.

I defer you to the massive wall of text that is our lore and literally dozens of comms/threads that specify the growth of the faction.

My point still remains - Just because there isn't an NPC faction representing it, doesn't mean there isn't a presence there. I referenced exactly how your point is flawed and used other groups to give examples as to why your argument is a strawman one. Saying we're 'small' based on your own perception of the group and not actually reading the lore is another weak argument.

But I'm not here to break it down for you, Shaggy. I asked a question that has yet to be answered.

@"Dave.Synk" The point of this thread is for the Community to comment on the activity and RP of the faction based on what they see and how they've interacted with it. We're doing exactly that, and you've yet to answer the question above to alleviate our concerns. Look at the questions being asked and the arguments being made, not the people making them.
