Rheinland Republic and its proud Military Fleet. I, Miguel Madrigal, have been choosen for this great Diplomatic Mission.

You surely got news that The Maltese Revolution has been successful and the former government, National Council of Malta dethroned. The new government through the Fedeltà believes, our Great Houses must to unite their power.

We have got more reasons for the union than you can imagine! For the moment our fleets are destroying each other in Omicron-Xi , but it makes no sense, we must to stop it! We have a common enemy. It is rebellious kinsman of Malta - Corsairs. To bring them into the fold we must to defeat them , what is possible only if we both , Malta and Rheinland , unite our forces.

Therefore , on Behalf of Nación Maltesa, I suggest an alliance against Corsairs. Rheinland and Malta will stop to destroy each other in Omicron-Xi and will strike Corsairs as never before! This alliance is needed for both of us and will help make a great friendship!
