Members of Council of Elders.

I am quite shocked to hear that members of the IRG were found carrying a device of such magnitude as close to Crete as it was without approval of the Confederation and the Council. I do hope that the device was disarmed or properly disposed of after its discovery. For now I will address members of the IRG further on the details from their side of the story and why they were carrying such to start.

If possible, I am requesting an audience from Mister Ladron to discuss details from his side of the coin as well in order to fill in gaps that may possibly occur, otherwise we respect the current actions taken in order to make sure that losses from either side stay to a minimum.

With the understanding that as of right now, IRG would be far from able to continue operations within the Lower Omega's seen as Corsair territory, but perhaps with a proper application of pressure or commitance of reparations in order to allow IRG passage once more can be done at the benefit of both parties involved. If the Elders wish to grace members of IRG with forgiveness at a cost, we will look at available possibilities.
