History: Albert Leopold vas born on New Berlin 803 A.S.. Although, Albert did not succeed in school much to the likening of my parents encouragement, he had a particular likening to justice as he roleplayed around with his toys. As he grew up, he begins to see the reality of life. He vatched over and speculated over the space of Rheinland wondering to himself if he could ever be part of something important. Last month was his lucky day. His uncle had recently died and left an inheritance in Leopold's name. He was reluctance to spend it all, but afforded one of the cheapest ship possible and vent out to explore space. He begin his first interest into the RFP by reporting an anonymous tip to the polizei and thus wanted to do more. After being accepted in 821 A.S. by the RFP, his upcoming to promotion of Wachmann came at a strong reasoning for his quick detective work and service to his House at catching 4 smugglers during his first month. However after a patrol he seemingly disappeared on the same year... until coming back now.

Edit: After waiting for such a period, Albert used his old police badge for an day hour and wanted to see how Rheinland has been without him.. He documented them and committed to a citizen's arrest when necessary.

Documentation #1: Cryer Smuggler of Artifacts Intercepted and Destroyed!

I found a Stork smuggled with 5000 Artifacts. He has refused to pay to his minimum fine of 5.000.000 SC. While attempting to flee, Johannes Schwarzenberg(secondary member of the Rheinland Military) and I destroyed him and prevented his filthy Cryer hands from poisoning our House.

Documentation #2: Colonial Republican Smuggles Artifacts and Cloaks Out!

After destroying the Cryer Stork, I encounter a Colonial Republic ship with a strange cargo hold. Unfortunately, I was unable to catch a picture of his cloak, but he immediately cloaked away after being questioned. Perhaps there is something to be done with him.

Documentation #3: Corsair Battleship Spotted

I was surprised to see a Corsair battleship in Rheinland space so close to our homeland. I was also surprised to see it smuggling artifacts. I was unable to do anything in my current ship condition.

Documentation #4: Junker Salvager Caught with Illegal Cloaking Device

This Junker was found with part of the WSC-tagged vessel and I immediately noticed something peculiar about his ship. It had mounted an illegal equipment. I apprehended him and levied a 500.000 SC fine for a temporary licensing that would expire upon leaving Rheinland on his equipment given I was unable to ask him to leave given my ship conditions. I gave the fine to RFP|Arsenal.
