Ms. Freeman.

The Liberty Navy is already aware of the ship named "LNS-Scythe", which has indeed shown traitorous behavior, by words and deeds. Every mooring stations have received order to deny any attempts of the LNS-Scythe. The Captain commanding this ship, as well as the crew, will find them both interrogiated, once arrested. Followed by standing trial at the military court, judged and punished for the traitorous acts against Liberty.

Should you meet upon named suspect, or know the ships' location, call capital ship reinforcements, if there is any Liberty Navy capital ship on active duty. Make sure to gather visual or audio evidence by guncam and blackbox, during your encounters with the LNS-Scythe.

Your belated report shall be forgiven, however, it is recommended to report issues, especially important ones, as soon as possible.
