It is with regret that I receive news of troubles among our direct neighbours, the Gas Miner's Guild. The two Juggernaut vessels in question were in fact given legal permission by the previous administration to traverse through Kusari systems, though the permit did not entailed any claim or allowance towards either Sigmas or Okinawa systems on our part. Reviewing your exchange in detail, I cannot fully exclude possibility of a human error along the way such as misinterpretation of the Kusari legal codex on part of ABH research group.

I can assure you that we will launch query into this incident with intention of defusing this stand-off. In need I may request your full co-operation with Kusari's State Police Department should we find that our laws may had been breached. We will keep in touch with you should we make any progress.
