It would be nice to have well written, up-to date, concise, and somewhat complete Timelines for Sirius, various regions, and various factions.
This should:
-help establish consensus on Lore
-create easier to access and more immersive RP
-help noobs integrate more easily into RP, especially if available in items ingame like the "History of Sirius" one.
-be a fun group-effort for notorious forum-whores and discovery know-it-alls
I'd like to ask everyone to post events they know of (found ingame or on the forum) which they know to be established and accepted lore/history, together with the year (or approximate year) they it happened.
Please try to use a concise style to make the timelines readable and effective. Use "facts", not opinions.
I'll add them to the timelines until they are somewhat complete. After that (please dont make up stuff for now), people can add things that are missing by guessing a date they must have taken place.
Please only interesting and historically important events, not list like "Omega 15 was discovered, omega 16 was discovered, omega 17 was discovered"
The intent is to make something which is more accessible, concise, and easier to read than the histories in the wiki.
You may of course use the wiki to pick out the more important events which are relevant and helpful to RPing the faction correctly (avoid useless details and lengthy explanations).
Also please point out mistakes and inaccuracies here.
Would be awesome if official faction leaders made something like this for their factions.
