The Generalmajor is currently away handling important matters with other parties, and requested that I present to you the requirements for the next part of your "deal" with her.

The vessel, as negotiated will retain several Hessian personnel answering directly to the Generalmajor, should there be any hint of disloyalty or intent to use the vessel in a way the Army deems hostile will result in it's return. With that being said however the Army has gathered the materials required for the vessel, due to the war effort the IRG will need to find assets beyond the Army to gather the said materials if necessary at all. The funding promised to the Army must be provided as well, in accordance with the deal made between you and Generalmajor Heinrich.
