Phase 3 of the operation has been completed. Just yesterday I received a transmission from the Bowex Trade Department featuring the final cargo manifests. This concludes all the required provisions for construction to commence.
I must note that not only did the contract with Borderworld Exports relieve our merchant fleet substantially, but also proved quite profitable as the overal cost for haulage per se (minus material purchase) amounted to only 74.280.000 S.C. which is 1/4th less then the estimated mobilisation cost of our own vessels for the same task. I wish to entertain the prospect of further cooperation with Bowex in future endeavours.
