Mason,
Since our offensive yesterday was not succesful and was rather akin to a fiasco, our chances to get Kiara back in whatever way are severely decimated. You know what that means?
Yes. you do. We will have to adopt some ... more drastic measurements. And I need your help once again. Today I have taken another look at the remnants of the debris field from the Tau-23 skirmish. Junkers had not managed to cleanse the whole scene apparently, which equals a miracle, and which furthermore means we have got a stroke of luck finally. What some of Glendalough's team and I could find was a transponder from one of the shot-down Brigand ships. It is almost fully intact. I think at this point you might well be capable of reading my thoughts. Yes, we will do exactly that. We will install this transponder on a civilian ship, and beard the lion in his den. We will sneak into Boulogne and stay until we have searched Kiara out. If we are lucky we might also find her lover, the one who went missing shortly after finding Kiara - or Aurora. And then, when we have found and freed them, all together will we depart as silently as we have come,
I will need some support, and since it will not run as an official Forlorn operation, I have to rely on you for this. The mission however does have a "Forlorn Hope character", if you allow me the pun. This will probably be the very last chance that will present itself to us, so let's better grasp it.
You're in?
Yours sincerely, Knight Captain Voigt
