The secondary fleet will be further disciplined should any other misplaced hostilities occur. Azurite Gas, and the Ingenuus power cells remain alien to our engineers. While it may not be impossible, it would delay the construction of your vessel, unless of course you were to dispatch some of your engineers to assist. The roots of the reactor still must retain a dominant Hessian design for the Ragnarok cannon to work at full capacity, if you're willing to risk it being operational with less power in accordance with your request, that will be allowed as well.
