"My efforts proceed at a languid pace. I've not been able to latch onto anything of import. And even though there wasn't a shortage of hostile pilots crossing my path, I haven't been able to hunt down and execute any Gallic aces. They always move in packs. Smarter than anticipated. Very frustrating; I might have to rethink my focus. Perhaps an investment in the Rogues' human trafficking ring? They have been awfully quiet, their transports infrequent - be it credits they lack? I guess I'll find out, soon enough."

"I have to keep myself occupied, that much is clear. Between waking boredom and nightly dreams of darkened skies, blood rains and the ghosts of the dead from my past, I find myself without a focus. The lack of affairs to manage is taking a toll on me, so much that even Sara senses it. She too complains of extreme boredom, of loneliness. Perhaps I could buy away some of her discomforts? A pet? An android companion? We shall see."
