Hmm... I didn't get what are you really going to do, because if you're requesting an hiring (Like from your filled out contract seems) then we're just mercenaries who can help you about what are you requesting and we could consider this as a sealed contract. If not, there's the Mercenary Council registration, where the difference is that you won't spend anything and you will just take a seat of that and meanwhille the Auxilia Coalition will provide support and resources to all independent groups that request it within the Mercenary Council. So in few words, if you want a collaboration with the Auxilia Coalition, you will be welcome on the Mercenary Council; if you want an hiring request to our mercenaries we are ready to move.

About your offers and demands, yes, we may be ready to start a collaboration with your research & development group but we still need of other members and a good place to conduct the studies. The Mercenary Council, at last, won't have any diplomatic issues, as who will be an organization that will be ready to provide assistance to every lawful, unlawful, quasi-lawful organization that will be into Mercenary Council. In case of conflicts we may be ready to offer resources and support but not a direct conflict help. You could request a similar help to the mercenaries more focused on this things that will join into Mercenary Council.
