Capital ship restriction of OC's is supposedly in your hands, or at least you've put your hand up to have that power. If you're going to make that decision at least have the strength to stand by that decision and stop passing the buck along to another clan for setting a precedent. As this decision rests with you according to you take responsibility for it, instead of being afraid and hiding behind other's decisions.
