Epsilon is out of our ZoI but yes we would love to do some pew pewing with the Core|

Doesn't BD have ZoI in Kusari + Bordering systems? I would assume you have ZoI in Epsilon if that is the case.
Indeed, for a brief moment I though Tohoku was a border world. It's a yes then, if Order| are also interested, I would still suggest doing a few events around it rather than just ad hoc skirmishes.
