I think it's been close to a week now, and all seems well. I'm making money again, and so are the miners around Sirius. It's almost as if this was the golden age of economy. The good old gold ore for aluminum ore and vice versa run is receiving some love, which is great.

For me, as a trader, it also means more competition. That legit stinks.

So, rather than go back to New London one day, I have decided to take the scenic route with some silver ore to Gallia, just so see how it looks there. Not like I had a choice, the traders before me bought out the last chunk of aluminum from one of the stations, so I did not want to travel too far with an empty cargo hold.

Man, was I surprised that thing worked. Guess that new transponder really helps!
Nobody shot at me except for the local delinquents, and as long as I introduced myself as Edith Douleur instead of Edith Toller in a stereotypical gallic accent and greeted everyone with a 'Bonjour', the local authority was all cheers and smiles and didn't suspect a thing.

I still bloody hate those expansive chumps, but I have to say, their home is pretty beautiful. Makes me wonder why the hell they want to expand to the rest of Sirius if they have pretty much everything of relative value already.

Gauls gonna gaul, I guess. Either way, the ore was delivered successfully and I bought a whole hold of crates with bottles full of all kinds of wine to haul back. Maybe once I'm bored again, I'll visit Gallia once more.
