Getting into the Vespucci system wasn't always the easiest of things. Despite holding a simple Freelancer ID, there was always a barrage of questions by various patrols asking what one was doing in the system.

It was about four hours after the proper owner of the house had arrived. Jack Snow busied himself carefully setting the Eagle down at one of the few designated spots near the awakening home. While the trek to the house wasn't exactly a long one, he was still dreading the short walk to come. Dressed in snow pants, a turtleneck shirt, and a big winter coat with the emblem of an arachnid on the front, he pulls together a little bag which he had brought, and quickly pops the hatch to the Eagle. Making sure the ship was locked up, he darts towards the front door, immediately regretting the fact that he didn't wear an extra eight layers of clothes under what he had at the moment.

Without knocking, he quickly enters the entry-room, and lets out a quiet sigh of relief. At this point, the house had started to heat up at least to some sense. He could only imagine the amount of energy that this place took in order to keep warm. After about thirty seconds pass, he enters into the home properly without a word. Carefully setting down his bag, he surveys the room. Katherine must have been off in some other part of the house, as the first thing he noticed, was the melting ice. Everything was wet. Chuckling, he reaches down and withdraws a towel from the bag. It wouldn't be able to help very much, but maybe he'd be able to keep a few objects in good condition. - Busying himself with wiping dry most of the furniture in the room, he eyes the television warily, silently hoping that the electronics would still be okay after they thawed.

With a quiet humming noise, Jack Snow kept busy. There was no rush to find Katherine. She was bumbling around somewhere. A part of him thought that it'd be a good idea to at least announce that he was here, but no matter.

At the rate the structure was starting to warm up, he estimates to himself that the water could probably be turned back on in about seven hours safely without causing problems. Good. Seven hours to clean, dry, and fix as much as he could. It had been a long time since he visited Guadalajara last. It was fantastic that the house was still standing without any structural damage.
