Guten abend, agents.
I trust you're all aware about assassination streak which put the whole Army in disarray few months ago. This can't happen again and we won't let it. SOA will be shield of Red Hessian Army against unknown threats and conspiracies. To ensure our effectiveness, I'm issuing following directives.

Directive 1. Each and every Red Hessian Army capital ship of cruiser-class and above should have atleast four SOA agents stationed aboard. Their duties would be protecting the captain and ship itself against sabotage and assassinations. Those agents would receive full cooperation from captains and crews of vessels they're assigned to.

Directive 2. The nature of a threat is still unknown, but we can't rule out infectees intervention. Agents in the field must carefully observe every hessian for signs of contamination and report all found cases directly to me. In case SOA Direktor is unavailable, cases should be reported to Major Rafnkelsson or Oberleutnant Draay.
Directive 2b. Agents should be prepared to eradicate infectee infiltrators within the Red Hessian Army and Spezialoperationsabteilung without regard to infiltrators ties, rank or influence.

Directive 3. Unfortunately, we can't rule out simple betrayal either. Only Hauptmanns and above are aware of Oberkommando locations. Each and every of them should be closely monitored. In the same time, look into their actions in time of disarray. It's unlikely, but traitor might've spend it on the beaches of Baden-Baden, enjoying himself, while Army bleeded.

Directive 4. Every agent not proficient in small arms combat should report to his superiors and receive assignment to training facility aboard the Yggdrasil.
