When he held out the datapads for her to look at, she just smirked at him as she took them. It was if she had found some confidence.
"Let's see what you have for me here," she quipped, taking the chair that was offered. She just settled into it and got comfortable before looking at his uniform, then looking at what she was in and then his uniform again.
"Tell me, do you ever loosen up at all or do you always dress in duty uniform?" After her tease, she just smiled and got comfortable in her chair.
"Have you ever had a Sol Martini? We have the receipe from the times out ships departed Sol. Want to try?"
"It sounds delicious," she answered, "I'd love one." She then started reading the datapads.
She read through the data. Supply numbers, personnel requirements, base building materials, pharmaceuticals, it was all there and in large numbers.
"You weren't kidding," she said as she read, "I hope you have a good supply chain because about the only thing that Med Force Enterprises can supply with efficiency is personnel, hence why my ship got recalled." She then looked up at Oreste from where she was laying, "Not to be a pain but has anyone found a way to deal with the transponder issues? Sure, I can go to that cesspool called Barrier Gate Station and take some bribe but it would screw up everything else and Doc already said no to it. I only bug because it would help."
Then she thought a moment. Whatever she thought turned out to be, in her mind, not a good idea so she just shook her head and kept reading the datapads. "So far, I like your plan. I am curious though who the overall head of the project is. Is it the Colonial military? A chief medical officer somewhere? I mean, I can do a lot of things but a doctor I am not and it will be the physicians who will know how they need things built and set up."
She put the datapads down and stretched herself a bit. "It's rather nice out here."
