It certainly was an interesting encounter Amy. I'm afraid the entire incident is making me reevaluate whether I should bother continuing to transport goods out of Rhineland at all. I suppose it isn't entirely out of the question, considering those rookie agents were eventually put in their proper place. But the simple fact that uniformed Rhineland officers don't even know their own laws isn't at all encouraging for future trade relations. I wonder if they deliberately misstated the statutes of Article four in an attempt to extort us? In the case of this Fritz fellow, it may be prudent for intelligence to investigate this individuals proclivities. Given his stated desire to see all Libertonians dead, I would not be surprised if we discover he has links to Unioner terrorists or some other such disgruntled group. He may have actively participated in the loss of Libertonian assets in the past. I recommend that in the future, should he intercept any of our convoys while making threatening statements, he should be forcibly detained pending the arrival of the Liberty Navy.
