SCEC will humbly continue our duties and supply you with the best equipment available, without interrupting our endeavours to create even newer and deadlier technology. Some people consider this information to be a fraud, but who would doubt the nomination of our esteemed and famed People's Hero to the high military rank?

I am witing with regard to the prisoner we submitted in the hands of Commissariat some time ago. Since you are no longer taking care of Commissariat Affairs, I would kindly ask you to give her into our hands, if she is alive, of course. We believe that our agents with the use of a new syringe can extract some additional information from Recruit Alferova and try to "rehabilitate" her. Besides, we have some plan to use her in the benefit of the Motherland even despite her suspicious anti-Revolutionary ideas. Even if we fail to "convince" her to act on our instructions, her body still can benefit our experiments. Unlike capitalists, we can not waste our biomaterial. The decision is fully yours, comrade Field Marshal, but we believe that since SCEC got involved into this story from the very beginning, it would not be unwise if we bring an end to it.
