I suspect that the source of his message has long since betrayed the main subject I would like to discuss with you. I am confident that the Intelligence Services are already aware of this new... Construct, and the severity of the threat it can pose, should it reach its full functionality quickly. There's a plan, an idea forming within the upper echelons of the Guard on how to deal with it. Delay it, at the very least. It is not something we can achieve on our own, however, which brings us to you. I would like to talk over a possibility of cooperation between us in regard to this problem, as well as the war as a whole. I am sure a line of communication between our forces will allow us to make much bigger contributions to Bretonia's success.

There is also another subject at hand, one related to the infamous Drake system and its surroundings. I would like to seek ways to work together on that front as well, as purging the local nest of Nomad thralls will be a paramount concern once the war is over, and making preparations beforehand certainly won't hurt.
