You are required to first seek permission to as laid down in Subsection 5.2 - Registration Conditions for Bases.

You have also chosen to construct a Weapon Platform without first acquiring permission from her Majesty's Government to do so. This is also considered a breach of Bretonian Law. Please reply here within the next 72hrs, explaining your reasons for constructing this platform.
