Suspecting the worst I personally moved into the Edinburgh system undercover to locate this new supposed drydock constructed by the Royal Navy. I t was already suspected to be re-outfitted, and it is. But what's more alarming at the moment is that the R.N.S-Vauquelin Royale is currently stationed there. Likely undergoing inspection, I've no idea where the ship will be deployed to after that, based on the position of the vessel in question I may or may not need permission to oversee and hire 3rd party assets to help infiltrate and take the vessel. Doing so would put less Council lives at risk while still adding to the odds of victory.

An assault on the compound in its current state with the vessel in place would be impossible, the time to strike would certainly be when it departs.
