This is one of the most comprehensive field engineering reports I've read. I'm very impressed with your work.

I know we have spare engine components sitting on Pacifica that might work here, but some of them we're going to need from an external source. I'd reach out to the RHA to see what they have, but unfortunately they still haven't decided whether or not to forgive us for Shultszky's little "incident" in Galileo a few weeks ago. I will do what I can to get you those parts.

Decontamination equipment is standard in Bering, and Pacifica has plenty. That will not be a concern. My questions for you are:

1. Can we get the shield emitter online enough to tug the Oder through Bering without causing further structural damage?

2. If so, how long will it take us to safely move this into the primary construction bay at Pacifica so we can get to work?

Keep up the excellent work, Arbeiter. You and your team are going to be responsible for reinvigorating the entire Union fleet.
