As an ex-member having seen this faction working from the inside and out, I can provide the following feedback:
Overall Impression: Positive
Short summary:
If you want to role play an Hispanic character but don't like the drug addicted Outcasts or the criminal Corsairs, this faction may be for you.
If you want to role play as a civilized, educated and progressive Corsair, this faction is definitely for you.
Is this faction newbie friendly? Yes. -The members are welcoming and eager to help out new people.
Is this faction good for vets?Yes. -It has a very intricate diplomacy and story line.
Overal aheavy RP faction with a moderate chance for PVP encounters.
Long summary:
Positive feedback: This faction offers an unique take on the Corsairs, focusing more on the population as it is behind the scenes; aka the Corsairs who have no interest in going to war with the rest of the Colonies and think that there are better ways to make money and improve the overall standards of living than through piracy.
The faction offers some original ideas and interesting diplomacy chart.
Resilient faction with dedicated members who managed to pull through ooRP grievances, saltiness and sabotage that every start up faction has to deal with and turned this into a success.
Negative feedback: Organization for group activities within the faction felt lacking for me personally, It happened often for me that I took time off other activities so I can be available to log and partake in faction activities ingame that were planned on discord only for these activities to be delayed or canceled all together.
Other times players logged and coordinated something ingame and I only found out about it an hour after it ended because this was not mentioned in the Discord channels.
And when something was planned and I participated, sometimes it happened that players went off to do their own things instead of sticking to what was planned and this resulted in chaos.
