- allowing to resize whole would be great

I understand why people want this, but it does make designing things a lot more difficult hence my hesitation to do it.

- allowing to change the width of the columns in account tab would be great

I think I can get that to work.

- could you make the colored line around whole launcher? (Sides and bottom as well, instead of just top like it is now?)

Not without a lot of work. So no.
