Information regarding Yoshida is incomplete and patch work, at best. At worst, it could be a series of fabrications and lies created by the man himself. What we do know is that prior to the invasion of Megellan, Yoshida was personally responsible for a number of attacks against civil shipping and against the Merchant Navy convoy's that frequented the system. However, since the invasion, attacks against the latter have become extremely rare following the SIS agreement and there is no recorded evidence of Yoshida engaging Her Majesty's Forces. Ageira is reluctant to release his full records, given his position within the Lane Hackers this is not surprising. His criminal record proves that he is secretive, always has plenty of security to protect him and he is a daring and ruthless individual.
It is presumbed that Goro Yoshida is not his real name, but as mentioned, we are uncertain what his birth name actually is. As a Hacker, he has extensive knowledge of Gate and Lane systems that run throughout the houses and of Ageira's security protocols. How extensive remains to be seen, but suffice to say, he has never been caught on a job, which is especially impressive considering he lays claim to the biggest piracy in the history of Sirius in terms of cargo value stolen and with bringing down the IND
Hostile actions against Her Majesties realm of Bretonia
Yoshida is not considered an active threat to the Service or to Bretonia at large, while his past activies have not been forgotten, Yoshida is first and foremost a business man. He has not failed to honour a contract with the Service and has given little indication that he intends to do so. If encountered in the field, agents are advised to approch only if required and even then with great caution. The business that Yoshida deals in mainly is information, while the Service has never had a real need to procure his services, it should be noted that there is equally no reason to disregard what he knows. Information is valuable, and Yoshida will not hesitate to charge a great sum of credits for what he knows. Likewise, he will not hesitate to kill to gain more. Agents are expected to keep this in mind.
