I get a wierd kick out of the venom this topic brings out in some people:)

Yeah, I know I'm twisted, but I digress.

...Anyway, I like nomad blasters & I will keep 'em.

I don't equip them to PVP, or because of their so called 'uberness'. Hell, I don't even fill every slot like I used to.

Those guns suck up alot of power, & I could win more fights if I equiped my ship differently...but fighting has never been a top priority w/ me.

I use 'em because my character is facinated by the technology.

As a Gaian, imho, it would be oorp for him personally not to want to take advantage of adapted organic weaponry.

That is as far as I feel I need to go for an RP reason, & why I never bother to explain it in my threads
