The Darklings of the Bird propose a peculiar non-exchange. While it is true that, as Melia discovered, there does not seem to be willingness or current intend to provide the Chorus of the Vagrants with a direct compensation, it is the Advisor's deduction that mutural benefaction does not require a stringent synallagmatic exchange of goods, as we can, in the future, expect the other side to provide us with aid on the basis of past benefaction.
Neither can the technology we were asked for be turned against us and prove to be a significant obstruction of our combat capabilities. Notwithstanding that we likely would not be able to withstand them for long, Melia and Vatan both noted that our veils are not much more protective than the Darklings' amalgamation of a veil.
It is the Advisors' conclusion that the potential drawbacks to such an exchange are negligible. It is at the discretion of mindnode Melia and Vatan to continue the exchange if serviceable.
