Good day.

On the 5th of May, just after 1900 HRS, a vessel by the designation CV Selket breached New York airspace and requested permission to transit through to the Independent Worlds with weapons powered-down. The vessel, a Core Bullhead-class, proved defiant of Liberty Law and refused to be detained for questioning. It claimed to be carrying a crew of mostly Libertonian civilians, and demanded to be left to travel freely. The vessel was found to be non-compliant, and as such was forcibly routed from the Republic. While an intriguing incident, certainly not an exceptionally uncommon one during times of war.

However, recent information has changed our opinion. During the LSF's operations against the Unioners in Bering and Hudson, the vessel seemingly appeared again, with intentions to support the Unioners against the Republic. What's more, it has been brought to our attention that this vessel was originally a command of your forces directly, under the designation WV Olympius. We have further information to suggest that the command and crew of the vessel may be compromised.

The LSF wishes to understand the full capabilities and those behind the vessel's current usage, which seemingly appears to be the Order, although they have not operated in-force inside the Republic for some time. To that end, we would much appreciate any information you have on the vessel's current or former loadout, tasking, commanders, associated crew, and any noteworthy relationships past or present between former or present crew and/or commanders of the vessel with other entities, especially those arrayed against the Republic. In return, the Republic would be more than eager to see the vessel stricken from the skies, and returned to the ownership of the Core should it prove feasible.
