I. Konnichiwa again honorable Kusari Kaigun. Domo arigato for your kind words. I must say our construction of the base is going great so far, and that sector is now even more guarded by our cell, also with warships. Reason I'm contacting you is to register two ships that have decided to help us with this construction. Though, it's not a whole organisation, just two ships. I will link you ship name with this document. We would also let you know that this construction is going very well so fast, so we will soon enough get enough material to upgrade the base to higher level. I hope this project will get done soon, and when it does, we are going to have some great use out of it. These two vessels are notorious as secondary fleet pilots of the Kishiro. Domo arigato.
