Dear Governor,

I am writing to you today in the hopes of finding a way to ease tensions in the Taus between our two sides. I understand Crayter forces are looking to forcibly take over Singapore Shipyard, and I am seek a way we can do this without resorting to violence.

I had previously written to Minister Westbrook but it seems he is either unable or unwilling to respond. I hope you are able to assist in defusing the situation. Please take a look at the proposal and let me know your thoughts.

We have been working together for so long, it is a shame to see matters degenerate to such a low point. Even though the pain of Olympia's betrayal still affects us both, let us try to find a way to move forward. Our joint projects such as those on Singapore Shipyard and Planet Pecos have more to do. If the Republic is willing to continue cooperating, so is the Guild.

Furthermore, the Outcasts have been trying to take advantage of the situation and are attacking both IMG and Zoners in your neighbouring Tau-37. Fort Siloso is under siege, and we have also received calls for aid from the Zoner group Velvet|. Seems even the freeport NFZ was violated by the Outcasts. Given that the Republic is the nearest and strongest military, I was wondering if any aid can be expected from you. While Tau-37 is not exactly high on the Republic's priority list, should the Outcasts gain control of the system, the loss of the buffer zone could well endanger the Republic in the future should the Outcasts turn on you next.

Given the current state of affairs in Gallia and the Taus, we were surprised by the appearance of an Enclave patrol in Tau-37. This should be of interest to you as I understand that they are pretty much public enemy number one right now. While we are not on friendly terms with them, they still decided to take action upon seeing our guildmembers under attack and counterattack the Outcasts. They also said that they would report the incident and ask their command for more forces to fight the Outcasts. As much as we would prefer not to work with them, when forced into a corner, any help is to be taken. I hope that in the near future, it will once again be CR ships that fly patrols instead. In the meantime, unless assistance comes in other forms, we have no choice but to cooperate with whoever would aid our survival.

Please get back to me as soon as you can. This volatile situation needs resolution, the sooner the better.
