⧫ A plan
Ohenji ga okurete, shitsurei itashimashita. We apologize for the wait.
We came up with a basic plan for the joint journey. In the following extracts, the main routes will be marked in red, while alternative routes will be brown.
We will begin in Tau-53. I assume that your convoy will be cautious enough to stay away far enough from the main routes while waiting. We would begin with our flight towards Lentini. In case of hostiles appearing in larger numbers, we shall aim for Tau-37 and then make use of the known smuggling route leading to Kyushu.
If everything is calm, we should proceed through the explosive gas zone, slowing down possible pursuers, past the point the Privateers lingered around and then towards the Hokkaido Jumphole. If any forces await us there, we can redirect our flight towards the Nagano system. From there on we would use Blood Dragon territory to avoid detection by possible enemy forces.
Following a successful escape from Tau-53, we will make extensive use of Hokkaido's cloudy nature. As primary route, we would aim close to the sun corona, barely touching the Kyofu. We will use the Unyo Cloud as cover and avoid the trade lane crossing without getting too close to Wakkanai. We will briefly leave the clouds then, fly through the Kyofu and make our way to the New Tokyo Jumphole.
In the unlikely case of hostiles appearing at the Tau-53 hole, we will be best off with a distraction and an immediate retreat to Ainu. From there on we can either go around Sapporo and then towards the New Tokyo Jumphole or to Kyushu as alternative in worst case. In case patrols from the Matsumoto or Wakkanai appear in the Unyo Cloud, we have the option to flee into Blood Dragon territory and use their usual gateway to the Sigmas. (Note: This would be the most suitable main route, but we would have to request permission from the Shogunate first. If this is desirable to you, we shall contact them right away with a proposed route. Blood Dragon territory for now is just an escape option as using this Jumpholes to flee in an emergency will surely find understanding within the Shogunate later on.)
The route through New Tokyo is mostly self-explaining. In case of prior escape to the Taus/Kyushu, we will have a long flight in large areas of open space ahead, as well as the critical zone around Kagoshima in Kyushu and Kabukicho in New Tokyo. The primary route is offering sufficient cover in an area with low patrol count.
Honshu will be the longest part of the route, unless we aim for the Blood Dragon route afterall.
We will start with Hikone as waypoint, then proceed through the Hiyo Cloud into open space, fly past Planet Honshu and either aim for the Sigma-19 Jumphole or the Okinawa Jumpgate. As an alternative, we can fly a lengthy route past two trade lanes and vast areas of open space until we arrive the Hiryo Cloud. After entering the Cloud we would proceed to the Sigma-13 Jumphole.
We hope this plan is satisfactory. If you wish to change something or receive the full detailed map for Kyushu and the Taus, do not hesitate to ask for it. If you wish us to request permission for your trespassing within Blood Dragon space, feel free to tell us together with some information we can provide the Shogunate. We will happily change the plan then. As a last note, we would like to notice that a visit on Ainu might has to wait until the operation succeeded, given it would be unwise to hold the whole convoy for it. We would like to invite you to a tea ceremony afterwards though. Matters like payments can be discussed after the operation was concluded.
