I got banned for cheating

Ok so I created a BH char, went to Tholey base in Cologne, bought the Hammerhead and was experiencing some weird stuff like the buy button disappearing.... I set up the ship, undocked at conn and all of the sudden I was flying at 160 impulse speed, 280 thrust speed and 504 cruise and getting kicked every 30 seconds or so without the "possible cheating detected" message but was able to log right back into the server every time without waiting for the character to log out or whatever like when I loose my connection until about the 10th time I got kicked and got the message I was banned when I tried to log back in.
I never used cheats in my life and am not using any now... at least not that I know of *scratches head*.
