It's not the engine which is reduced, it's the recharge of your powercore. That means you are using a ship or weapon(s) which do not match your ID's techcell.

Hiya,

I found the Compatibility Calculator. It shows which ID's can fly which ships. Ok, so far. Now, where can I find "an equiptment compatiblity calculator", showing which ID's can equipt which items to gain a 100% powerplant efficiency?

Listing all the items my my ship, submitting and refitting is a bit of a slow process. There must be a table or something so that I can check it myself.

On the upper part of the pages you got the server rules, House Laws, player utilities and the forum utilities.
