I would favour this. Considering it was their thing for so long to fly around Sirius with snubs.
But IDs should always at least be a little balanced and in accordance to their rp strength. I don't see Tempests moving into New York.
Agreed. Though I've seen a lot more Outcast battleships in New York than Coalition caps, and still nothing has been done about OCs being able to just bring Ranseurs to NY.
