In recent months The Nemsis' influence with in the Gaian cells has continued to blossom. With the growing numbers came many who were not just skilled pilots but also craftsmen and merchants. As The Nemsis' network of connections sprawled through the undergrowth of Sirius the groups leader Devin Blackwood saw it fit to initiate phase two of his plans, Project "Genesis".

Phase two involved utilizing the large number of open storage bays on Skye Base and converting the open space into manufacturing facilities that could be used to produce weaponry that could deliver the smog of Leeds in small easy to transport capsules which could be deployed as belt worn ordinance akin to tear gas canisters or a grenade.
