i feel not many people are going to participate if we all get ganked alot at peak times. So if we can add the Rogues and Hackers just to fix the balance it would be appreciated.

Has it now come to the point that people will only get involved if they get paid?

Rogues, LHs and a few more all have a ZOI within the Event's Boundaries. Can't they just get involved for the RP value or just having fun?
