I've read through this entire thread and apparently a lot of people are discontent that LN and LSF seem to have the upper hand in this event. But, isn't it obvious that the state law enforcement would and should both outnumber and have a significant advantage over the separatist forces? At least from a purely logical perspective.
I must admit that I don't particularly understand this idea of forceful balance. In fact, I feel like in many cases it should be imbalanced rather than forcefully homogenised.
A good example of this forceful homogenisation can be found in ships and weaponry. By my reasoning - shouldn't the military have access to superior technology in comparison with the pirates, separatist and common rabble? Instead, all factions have access to pretty much equally strong ships and equipment. Which seems somewhat illogical. At least that's my take on it, as someone who is very new to computer games in general and fairly ignorant of their ways.
As for the event, what is a bit disappointing to me is that after some experimenting I found out that doing missions against Liberty Rogues in Pennsylvania brings in almost twice as much credits as smuggling all of this contraband materiel between Separatist bases which has a financially discouraging effect on further participation.
