A man, dressed somewhat official, appeared on the screen. With other things being equal, someone like him would never have stood before the Rheinland government.

And so they chose me to do the paperwork. I will introduce myself, since we are seeing each other for the first time. Eckhart Hopf, new Alster Union's Arbeitsdirektor. Before digitally signing this, it's important to fill you in on our situation.

At times being that desperate for the Syndicate - the above mentioned four-step program and the Kaiser Pardon Order clearly is what our crippled by Federals movement needed. In the immediate aftermath of the civil war, you may also have noticed that the entire Union movement was left in "giddy with success" state : some Syndicate cells closed themselves in, trying to make up for their losses, while others took advantage of their position in the now Arbeiterbewegung-tolerant society. That's why I'll immediately start forming a dossier of guys suitable for a chair in the Kaiserreich-Unioner Inclusion Board to reduce the personnel chaos for both of us. However, I do not have any influence over the resulting consequences that have already occurred, which do not allow me to transfer ships larger than the cruiser class to you according to the agreement, or at least accurately list their exact number. With the hope of further cooperation, I am sure that this situation will change to better soon enough, especially now, when the Kaiserreich needs its well-known and accepted back artisans of shipbuilding, which have led each other to prosperity. Arbeiter movement being embedded into the powerful Empire, has proven to be a great strategy in the past and this time it will only show itself even better.
