Connecticut is a non-roleplay system. That is, it is out-of-roleplay. That is, it does not exist according to the canon lore.
Just because someone is red, it does not mean that they are hostile. Shooting someone because they appear red to you is not inherently a justification to open fire, especially in a system that has nothing to do with enemy factions, diplomatic relations, hostility or roleplay.
You can fire on people that are red in other systems so long as you roleplay beforehand, it makes sense and you adhere to the rules and ID rules.
You were shooting at people before they had said anything to you. We know that. I don't appreciate your attempt at misrepresentation.
Players were present. You have to be present to be shot at.
As for your posts requesting help, they were either on a different account I can't find, or they don't exist. If you still want help finding that character, let me know, I'd be happy to investigate.
That's the carrot. Here's the stick though; I've taken what credits remained on your ship to cover the existing fine and your dishonesty. I strongly recommend you take some time to consider your next steps - don't be dishonest.
Otherwise that ship is staying in Bastille until you can explain to me in your own words what the following rule means:
