Instead they accepted Aux defense, wiped the attackers numerous times (with help of us nomads - we just saw red so we kill. It happened to be corsairs and order) and only when they realised that will fail started a flurry of oorp behavior in the system, with only a single RP response to a corsair that's not even affiliated with the sieging unofficial faction...
I looked at the pathetic amount of RP with regards to Tur Laidir. ONE piece. It is called METAGAMING to use that ONE piece of weak RP to contact the SAME Russian-Mafia Hoodlums that did over Dublin,
Your comment about Tur Laidir NOT allowing any other AI on is silly. I understand it was put there FOR all of them to use, which was common knowledge. Did you actually ask to get your AI ship added? It was maintained by a number of AI players indie and tagged... an AI Freeport if you will.
Oh look! Groshyr posted SIX Attack Threads... just another piss-of-players-like-Dublin sh**fest.
WHEN ARE THE GAME MASTERS GOING TO STEP IN AND FINALLY SORT THIS BEHAVIOUR OUT???
Point is, you shouldn't need to ask to get your ship added. You build a base on top of an existing faction's base I believe you should be obliged to make it an extension of it, provide service like buying pilots and sci-data when there's cap missions, or build it the hell somewhere else if it doesn't serve a useful purpose to the faction.
And you absolutely should make it automatically accessible to he faction itself, maybe even dockable to everyone who can dock on the original base. I really hope bases like Dabadoru and FP11 PoBs that just disrupt PvP, make people try to trigger CD hostility and don't let the faction dock as default get taken down sooner or later.
Also - come on, you complain about ONE PIECE OF RP. I see ZERO forum RP sent at IE the attackers? Just a very delayed and negative response to a different corsair group? Thing is, the owners decide to go the hostile + defense route with enemy factions, a fair (well, besides usual siege shenanigans like a repair ship, SHF and memeboats usages) siege and defense race, where attackers were just more committed and won. If they went the peaceful route, decided to RP at IE with offers and concessions then it would be plausible GMs to step in if roleplay was refused.
Not doing any RP and then OORP spamming all chat in the system (including when PvP dead) when Auxesia gives up is definitely not grounds for complaining
