Greetings Everyone,
The final details for our annual presentation night are well under way and we have secured catering which will be supplied by Hilda Weingarten who is an accomplished Chef of brilliant cuisine and we have an extensive menu which will suit both non vegetarian and vegetarian eaters.
The date still stands as the 1st November and we will finalise a time very soon.
We have established a number of operatives who have volunteered to do the security for the event and we will have a number of vessels present and each will be assigned a duty to perform whilst the event is on.
Some vessels will have stand in CIC's because we need the most accomplished vessels from the fleet as protection, and also we will have Argonaute the Flagship of the fleet in close proximity and will be commanding all vessels while we stage the event and we will have a stand in Captain on board.
We have also secured our venue for the event which will be the Orbital Spa & Cruise ship OS&C|Sanguine_Gardens and I must say this ship is an exclusively well turned out vessel and is luxurious throughout.
Final venue position will be relayed to Orbital Spa & Cruise very shortly and we may be able to get a DJ sorted before the event but that has been hard to organise.
Once all preparations are made I will brief you all once more.
