Encounter Description :The emergency was by an Insurgent circulating in Liberty's space his movements were strange at first I thought he was mobilizing to his base asta that a few minutes later I returned to the capital system because the same came to my position as I expected. I thought I'd negotiate for him to retreat to his home space, but this is flatly rejected by activating his weapons.

Outcome : the conclusion of this meeting ended in a silence which relaxed me because the funniest thing of the fact was the viewer I had in looking from the base. in a few seconds later he retreated into his normal walks like all civilians.
