Bug: Omicron Nu jump gate in Virginia faces the wrong way.

The jumpgate to Omicron Nu in Virginia is flipped 180 degrees, facing away from the trade lane, forcing ships docking to do a large turn whilst docking. Please turn the jumpgate to face the tradelane.
