Bonjour, mon amis.

I'm writing to ask your permission to fly my vessel, a Z-8550 'Pitbull' named Terra.Nullis within the borders of Rheinland. I was unaware of the need to register it, but a friendly officer in your ranks informed of the need to do so. I promised him that I would, and as such, here I am.

While I understand the desire to keep your tradelanes free of vessels that look like mine, I implore you to grant me authority to legally fly my vessel in Rheinland. It's sleek, compact design is incredibly useful in my line of work, supplying Junker installations deep in debris fields, much like Kreuzberg.
